This is how it works...

If you are considering buying a property in Spain and would like to see the area and properties for yourself, then please contact us either by telephone or e-mail. The Managing Director will personally be available to discuss your property requirements and reasons for purchase, and will offer free independent advice.

Should you decide on a viewing trip then discuss with us your preferred travel date/s. We offer trips of up to 4 days (3 nights). However, we are fully aware of the commitments many people have, so if your schedule is tight then simply reduce the duration of your trip. You tell us your requirements and we will endeavour to meet them.

Your FREE accommodation will be on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf (4 Star), perfectly situated in Ciudad Quesada in the region of Alicante.

Once dates have been established, we will then source the best available flights to Alicante or Murcia (St Javier) Airports, at the best prices. Due to Civil Aviation Authority regulations, we are unable to pay for your flight. However, we are still able to book the flights on your behalf with your credit card details. If you prefer to book the flights yourself, then this is not a problem, so long as you confirm to us your flight itinerary.

You will be personally met on arrival and taken to your hotel where you can take time to unwind, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather and scenery. When you have settled in, we then discuss the itinerary for your stay, which will be at a leisurely pace to ensure you do not suffer from 'overload'.

At no time will you be put under any pressure. Once you have seen the areas and properties, you will be in a better position to make an informed decision. Your decision and in your time.
